Scene by Scene
1. Merry and Bright (Opening)
Four groups of strangers head home one December evening, each celebrating a different holiday. Their paths cross near a tree, where they find a woman too weak to stand.
2. Lean on Me 1
The first group shares their Hanukkah latkes, insisting she needs them more than they do. Strengthened, she’s helped to her feet.
3. Lean on Me 2
As night falls, the second group lights their Kwanzaa Kinara so she can see her way — sharing their light, not just their words.
4. Lean on Me 3
Still without shelter, the woman is welcomed to stay by the third group, echoing the spirit of Las Posadas — hospitality freely given.
5. Lean on Me 4
The last group sings of Christmas joy and hands her their glowing tree. Word spreads, and the whole neighborhood gathers to sing, dance, and celebrate together.

It’s Not Too Late
A rousing countdown carries the party through days of dancing — latkes, candles, Kinara, and the story of Mary and the baby, all woven into one song.
More Merry (Finale)
Grateful for the strangers who helped her, the woman leads the full cast in one closing song: every tradition, every voice, together — “for all of us and more!”
